Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the impact of electronic human resource management on organizational excellence at the General Personnel Council. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive Correla method was used, and a questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool. The study population consisted of all administrative employees at the General Personnel Council, totaling 185 employees, who were selected using a comprehensive survey approach.
The main findings of the study indicated that the degree of implementation of electronic human resource management at the General Personnel Council was high, with a response rate of 72.60%. The level of organizational excellence was also high, with a response rate of 76.76%. Additionally, there was a statistically significant impact of electronic human resource management on organizational excellence.
Based on these findings, the researcher presented several recommendations, including: ensuring continuous development of the electronic training system to enhance employee efficiency and align it with ongoing technological updates; promoting organizational excellence at the General Personnel Council by investing in human capital through training; and integrating adopted strategies with a positive organizational culture.
