The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational agility on institutional excellence in private hospitals in Nablus Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive correlational approach in order to achieve the study objectives, relying on a questionnaire consisting of the independent variable organizational agility and the dependent variable with its dimensions institutional excellence, which was designed for the purpose of collecting data for a stratified random sample size of (306) from the study community consisting of employees in private hospitals, numbering (1483). The most important results reached were: The extent of application of organizational agility in private hospitals in Nablus Governorate was high, in addition to the presence of a strong positive correlation between organizational agility and institutional excellence with its leadership, human, financial, service and technological dimensions. The study recommends several recommendations, including the necessity for private hospitals to adopt a comprehensive strategy for organizational agility, working to improve the decision-making structure within hospitals, investing in developing leadership and administrative skills for senior and middle cadres, motivating workers to participate effectively in decision-making, developing the technological and administrative infrastructure in hospitals, adopting modern information systems and advanced analytical tools that contribute to Supporting institutional decision-making based on accurate and flexible scientific foundations.
