The study aimed to investigate the impact of strategy training on worker performance in pharmaceutical companies operating in the West Bank. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical, and questionnaire approaches to collect data for this study. The sample of this study consisted of 137 workers, which means 21% of the study population, and their number is 650.
First, the results showed that the arithmetic dimensions of the training strategy were high because they equaled 3.90. Also, the arithmetic mean for the dimensions of employee performances is also high, because it reached 3.88; so, this means that the results reached a high degree.
Second, the results had a statistically significant effect on the performance of the employees in the dimensions of the formulation of the training plan, the adoption of modern technology in training, and evaluation. On the other hand, the analysis and implementation of the training plan did not have a statistically significant effect on the performance of the employees.
At the end of these results, the study recommended that the Palestinian pharmaceutical companies in the northern governorates engage workers in analyzing training plans and their implementation mechanisms and make appropriate investments in training programs. All these tips aim to increase employee satisfaction, reduce labor turnover, and improve performance in these companies.
