The study aimed to identify organizational trust and its relationship to change management among government school principals in Hebron Governorate from the teachers' point of view. In addition, to identify the differences in the averages of organizational confidence and change management according to the variables: gender, scientific qualification, years of experience in education, and the directorate. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach for its relevance to this type of studies, and the study population consisted of (10498) teachers working in the four directorates of education in Hebron Governorate in the academic year 2021/2022, and the study sample was a stratified random sample consisting of (431) teachers.
The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing organizational trust was medium with an arithmetic mean of (3.38), while the degree of practicing change management was high with an arithmetic average of (3.45), and the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences on the total degree of both organizational confidence and change management according to the two variables. Gender and directorate, and there were statistically significant differences in the total degree of organizational confidence and change management according to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience in education. The value of the Pearson correlation coefficient for the relationship between organizational confidence and change management was (0.512), and the relationship was positive, and the results of the study showed a statistically significant effect of organizational confidence in managing change, as organizational confidence showed (75.3%) of the percentage of variation in the degree of change management practice. the remaining percentage (24.7%) is due to other variables that did not enter the regression model.
