The study aims at identifying the degree to which educational supervisors practice their required roles in light of the requirements of the knowledge society from the perspective of the principals and teachers of public schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, and the differences between each of them according to the variables: (gender, job title, academic qualification, years of experience, educational level, and specialization). The study adopts the mixed method, involving quantitative analytical description in the questionnaire's analysis and the qualitative classification of the interview answers. Selecting a stratified random sample that includes 335 teachers and principals in the Ramallah and Al- Bireh public schools in both the Ramallah and Birzeit districts for whom the questionnaire applies. It includes interviewing (20) male and female teachers, and (7) principals, in order to strengthen the results of the study.
The results of the study show that the degrees of educational supervisors practicing their required roles in light of the requirements of the knowledge society from the perspective of publicschool principals and teachers in Ramallah and Al- Bireh governorate coming in a medium; in terms of the arithmetic mean, which reaches (3.20) with a percentage of (64.0%).
The results show that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of educational supervisors practicing their required roles in the light of the requirements and its fields from the perspective of public school principals and teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, because of the variables: (gender, educational level, years of experience, and specialization) and the interaction between them. There are statistically significant differences attributing to the job title variable, as the differences come in favor of the principals and academic qualification variable. The differences are statistically significant in administrative functions, with the differences coming in favor of postgraduate studies.

In light of the study's outcomes, it recommends strengthening the concepts of the knowledge society for the educational supervisors so they can develop their roles within the requirements of the knowledge society to improve the quality of education, through training courses for educational supervisors.
