ملخص: The study aimed to explore the role of strategic leadership in enhancing organizational culture in the Palestinian National Foundation for Economic Empowerment. The descriptive analytical approach was followed. The study population consisted of all employees of the Palestinian National Foundation for Economic Empowerment, numbering (50) individuals. A comprehensive survey method was used for all members of the population, and a questionnaire was distributed to them. The results showed that the reality of strategic leadership at the Palestinian National Foundation for Economic Empowerment had a relative weight of (75.6%), representing a (high) degree of agreement. The reality of organizational culture at the Palestinian National Foundation for Economic Empowerment had a relative weight of (75.8%), representing a (high) degree of agreement. The results also indicated a positive correlation between strategic leadership and enhancing organizational culture in the institution under study, and a statistically significant role at a significance level of (α≤0.05) for strategic leadership in enhancing organizational culture in the institution under study. (α≤0.05) to determine the strategic orientation in enhancing organizational culture. There was no statistically significant role at the significance level (α≤0.05) for each of (developing human capital, supporting organizational culture, implementing balanced oversight, and enhancing ethical practices) in enhancing organizational culture. There were also no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the responses of the examined sample regarding strategic leadership and organizational culture at the Palestinian National Foundation for Economic Empowerment, attributable to demographic variables (gender, age group, academic degree, years of service). The study also recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are holding participatory workshops involving the organization's leadership and key stakeholders to formulate a detailed and measurable strategic vision focused on achieving sustainable economic and social impact in Palestine. The study also recommended establishing specialized strategic committees comprising representatives from various departments, responsible for analyzing the internal and external environment and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
