Abstract: This study aimed to identify the organizational culture and its relationship to the performance of the institution in the Palestinian civil defense. (300) male and female employees, and the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, where the researcher built the study tool, which is related to organizational culture and its relationship to the performance of the institution in the Palestinian civil defense. The researcher also made sure of the validity and stability of the tool. The study concluded that the total degree of the study sample members’ estimates of the organizational culture department came to a large degree, as well as to the institution’s performance department came to a large degree, and there are no statistically significant differences between the response averages of the sample members about the impact of organizational culture with its combined dimensions on the performance of the institution in its dimensions in the Palestinian civil defense It is attributed to the variable of gender, educational qualification, job title, and there are also statistically significant differences between the response averages of the sample members on the impact of organizational culture with its combined dimensions on the performance of the institution with its dimensions in the Palestinian Civil Defense due to the variable years of experience, and in favor of years of experience (5-10) years. And for the variable of age, in favor of age more than (40) years, and for the variable of rank, and in favor of the rank of officer. In addition, a strong positive correlation is found between organizational culture and the performance of the institution within the Palestinian Civil Defense. The administrative structure of the civil defense system and its uncle. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended: Paying attention to all employees, regardless of their years of experience, ages and ranks, by giving them courses on the subject of organizational culture and the performance of the institution, conducting many similar studies with different variables, and developing the administrative structure of the civil defense system in addition to providing support.
