Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of administrative control in developing the administrative performance of public school principals from their point of view in the northern governorates, and to determine the role of each of the variables: (gender, years of administrative service, academic qualification, directorate, and type of school) in the role of administrative control from the point of view of School principals in the directorates of the northern governorates, and to identify the role of administrative control in developing the administrative creativity of government school principals from their point of view in the northern governorates, and to determine the role of each of the variables: (gender, years of administrative service, academic qualification, directorate, and type of school) in the role of oversight. Administrative in developing the administrative creativity of public school principals from the principals' point of view, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach through the questionnaire and interview tools, where the study population consisted of (1862) male and female managers, and the sample size was (298) individuals, and it was statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The role of administrative control in developing the administrative performance of government school principals from their point of view in the northern governorates came to a large extent, and that the role of administrative control in developing the administrative creativity of government school principals from their point of view in the northern governorates came to a large extent, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance. (α≤.05) on the role of administrative control in developing the administrative performance of school principals from the principals’ point of view due to gender variables, And the years of administrative experience, in favor of more than (10) years, the directorate, in favor of south Nablus and Qalqilya, the type of school, and in favor of mixed schools, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the role of oversight in developing administrative creativity. In the variables of experience, in favor of more than (10) years, the district, in favor of the districts of Salfit, South Nablus, and Qalqilya, the type of school, and in favor of mixed schools. The results also showed the existence of a positive, linear, statistically significant relationship between the degree of administrative control practice in developing the administrative performance of school principals and its relationship to administrative creativity in public schools in the northern governorates. Discussing the problems of school administration, correcting the existing situation, intensive training, and that the manifestations of creativity are through follow-up, improvement and development of the school environment, and networking with the local community, and that the difficulties facing school principals are represented in laws that are not based on a developmental dimension but rather a political orientation and bureaucracy, The increase in the number of students, and the lack of resources. Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of training new school principals on administrative creativity skills, and the necessity of empowering school principals in their schools to highlight their creative abilities and skills, encouraging principals to participate in setting up the supervisory system in the education directorates, and strengthening and developing oversight bodies, openness and clarity of procedures and control standards, And spreading awareness of the importance of administrative control and the role it plays in achieving goals and correcting performance.
