Abstract: This study aims to identify psychological Solidity and its relationship to emotional balance among nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the Corona pandemic, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The psychological Solidity scale, and the emotional balance scale, were applied to the entire study community, which consisted of all nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the Corona pandemic, who numbered 115 nurses. Study revealed that the degree of psychological Solidity of nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the Corona pandemic came to a high degree, with an arithmetic average over the total degree of psychological Solidity (3.58). The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of psychological Solidity among nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the Corona pandemic due to the variables (gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience). The stone in Hebron governorate due to the Corona pandemic came to a medium degree, as the arithmetic average on the total degree of emotional balance was (3.39), and the results showed a strong positive correlation between the total degree of psychological Solidity and emotional balance, and the study indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in Average emotional balance among nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the Corona pandemic according to the variables (gender, age, educational qualification) and the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the average emotional balance among nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate due to the pandemic Corona according to the variable years of experience. In light of the results of the study, the following most important recommendations were formulated: The need to work on developing a program to increase the level of emotional balance among nurses working in quarantine centers in Hebron Governorate in particular, and nurses in general, and to work on developing a behavioral program to maintain and enhance psychological toughness among nurses, and to work on Issuing periodic bulletins to educate nurses about the importance of focusing on their level of psychological resilience.
