Abstract: The study aimed to find out the reality of using integrated supervision in public schools and ways to develop it in light of recent orientations from the viewpoint of educational supervisors in the middle directorates of the northern governorates, and the difference of each of them according to the variables: (gender, specialization, years of supervisory experience, academic qualification, the directorate, the nature of the supervisor's work). The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, The study sample was selected from four districts (Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Jerusalem suburbs, Jericho, Salfit), the number of educational supervisors in these districts was (112) supervisors, the sample was chosen by a simple randomized method, which consisted of (87) educational supervisors. The results of the study showed that, the reality of using integrated supervision in public schools in light of recent orientations from the viewpoint of educational supervisors in the middle directorates of the northern governorates was high, with an arithmetic average of (3.67), the dimension of cognitive skills came "first" with an arithmetic average of (3.81) and a high level, while the "future planning skills" came fifth dimension, with an arithmetic average of (3.43), and a high level. The results also indicated that the ways to develop integrated supervision need to increase the awareness of educational supervisors about the importance of this type of supervision, through adequate knowledge of the elements of electronic supervision. The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of the reality of the use of integrated supervision in public schools in light of recent trends from the viewpoint of educational supervisors in the middle directorates of the northern governorates, according to the difference of each of the variables: (gender, specialization, years of supervisory experience, academic qualification, directorate, The nature of the supervisor's job).
