The Study scales applied to them were: the scale of life satisfaction and the scale of the psychological hardiness. The Study results showed that the level of life satisfaction among patients with renal failure in Hebron governorate was high with an average percentage of responses (71%), and the level of the psychological hardiness was medium with an average percentage of responses (67.2%). The Study results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of life satisfaction among patients with renal failure in Hebron governorate regarding different characteristics: gender, age in years, social status, educational level, duration of disease and the number of washing times per week.
