الخلاصة:
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of an integrated strategy aimed to developing external tourism to enhance the competitive advantage in Palestine and the relationship of the proposed areas in the development of external tourism, in addition to other variables. Where the title of this study crystallized "Towards an integrated strategy for developing external tourism to enhance the competitive advantage in the tourism sector in Palestine; an analytical study from the point of view of workers in the relevant sectors." Applying to hotels and tourist restaurants in official and private institutions and sectors, working in the field of providing tourism services such as tourism and travel offices and tour guides in Palestine, especially in the northern governorates in the West Bank and Jerusalem regions, where the descriptive analytical approach was used due to its suitability for the purposes of the study and achieving its objectives. Where (231) questionnaires were distributed , retrieving (144) questionnaires from them, which represents (62%) the size of the study population , Accordingly, the results that were reached confirmed that there is a tangible weakness in the development and availability of a comprehensive strategy for the development of external tourism to Palestine to enhance the competitive advantage at all levels to medium and varying degrees, but the results related to the official level were the weakest with minor differences in demographic variables and other fields Which was relied upon in the study, where recommendations came to fill the gaps, as it was recommended to develop a comprehensive strategy that includes all sectors related to tourism completely, not only the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and linking them to the global goals of sustainable development. The researcher also recommended the need to unify the global tourism discourse and strengthen the role of society to overcome the obstacles that may have an impact on impeding the sustainable development of the tourism sector in the State of Palestine.
