Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the reality of Internet addiction & its relationship to behavioral disturbances in AI-Quds Open University students using the descriptive approach addressing for route flooding on, formed the study sample of (470) students from AI-Quds Open University students in the West Bank، were chosen as the stratified room search tool was a questionnaire be the final form of the criteria of the First Presidents Richter scale Internet addiction & behavioral disorders, and to make sure of the sincerity & consistency of instruments.
The results showed that the degree of drug addiction and the Internet medium, my average (3.37), and the degree of behavioral disorders the medium where the arithmetic average (2.43) and the existence of a relationship of medium strength between Internet addiction and disorders. There was a statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) in average responses of the members of the sample study on Internet addiction to AI-Quds Open University students in the northern governorates, depending on the variable sex, for the benefit of males in comparison to females, as well as the existence of differences in a variable level of usage of the Internet as the differences were the most number of hours. They also found no statistically significant differences depending on the variable accrual rate, place of residence, the University Specialization.
Also، the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) in average responses of the members of the sample study on behavioral disorders to AI-Quds Open University students in the northern governorates, depending on the variant of sex for the sake of males in comparison to females, as well as differences depending on the variable level of usage of the Internet & found that the differences were between (4 or more hours per day & a minimum of 4 hours daily for 4 hours or more a day). As well as there are differences depending on the variable university specialization in favor of applied science on science and humanity.
