ملخص: This study aimed to identify the requirements of e-government and its relationship to the quality of services provided to the elderly in the digital light. The study was used by social workers in the Ministry of Social Development, who were able to communicate directly with ideal people, and they chose to choose the descriptive and relational options to achieve the main goal of the invention, and they succeeded in the study tool Relying on previous studies to examine the study variables, the questionnaire was distributed to (156) social workers. After analyzing the results collected from the study sample, the study reached several conclusions, the most important of which were: The estimated e-government requirements reached (3.97).With a percentage of (79.4%), all of which were highly rated. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents’ responses in light of the digital transformation attributed to the variables (information security, human leadership, technological infrastructure, systems and legislation, website design), while the field of “website design” came in last place. While the service quality estimates came, the average estimates reached (4.06) with a percentage of (81.2%) and came with a high estimate. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α<.05) between the averages of the quality of services provided to the elderly attributed to the variables (security, trust, responsiveness), while the differences in the field of (tangibility) came in favor of males. ) The study presented several recommendations, the most notable of which include: developing interactive electronic platforms that allow elderly to easily engage with service providers while incorporating guidance tools to facilitate their use; enhancing the adoption of age-friendly mobile applications with simple interfaces, clear fonts, and direct services such as requesting social assistance, booking medical appointments, or inquiring about financial and social aid; developing clear digital policies and procedures to ensure the accessibility of digital services for elderly; simplifying government websites and application interfaces; and requiring institutions to provide specialized assistance options for elderly, along with 24/7 technical support channels.
