ملخص: | This study aimed to examine the impact of innovative human resource strategies, including (recruitment, selection and appointment, motivation, training, and knowledge management), in enhancing employees' sense of job security in the Palestinian Ministry of Local Government. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of all employees in the Ministry of Local Government in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The researcher distributed an electronic questionnaire using Google Forms to a randomly selected sample of 192 employees. A total of 189 responses. The study hypotheses were tested, and research questions were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study findings indicated a statistically significant positive impact of innovative HR practices on job security, with motivation being the most influential dimension. Additionally, significant differences were found in innovative HR practices and job security based on age, years of service, and job level, whereas no significant differences were observed concerning gender or educational qualification. Accordingly, the study recommended holding regular meetings to allow managers to understand employees' perspectives and provide feedback, fostering a participatory decision-making environment. It also emphasized the importance of ensuring fair promotion opportunities through clear and transparent policies based on performance and competence. |
