Abstract: The study aimed to explore the level of mindfulness and its relationship with psychological well-being among students at Al-Quds Open University – Ramallah and Al-Bireh branch. It also sought to examine the nature of differences in both variables based on demographic factors such as gender, academic level, faculty, place of residence, employment status, and marital status. To achieve these objectives, the study employed a descriptive correlational method, using validated measurement tools administered to a convenient sample of 350 students enrolled at the university during the academic year 2024/2025. The findings revealed a high level of mindfulness among the students, with a mean percentage score of 79.4%, and a similarly high level of psychological well-being, with a relative weight of 84.0%. The results also indicated a statistically significant correlation between the study variables. Based on these findings, the study recommends conducting further research in different university and cultural settings to enhance the generalizability of the results. It also suggests linking mindfulness and psychological well-being with other psychological and educational variables such as academic adjustment, psychological resilience, anxiety, and emotional intelligence. Moreover, the study calls for universities to adopt scientifically grounded, sustainable training programs aimed at enhancing students' mindfulness and psychological well-being. Such programs should be integrated into university counseling plans and psychological support units to help develop students’ self-awareness, stress management skills, and overall mental health.
