Abstract: This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of knowledge management on the relationship between strategic agility and organizational creativity in the Palestinian Ministry of Social Development. It also sought to identify the actual level of implementation of strategic agility, knowledge management, and organizational creativity within the Ministry. The study adopted a quantitative approach and utilized a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, administered to a systematic random sample of 249 employees drawn from the study population of 749 employees. The results indicated that the level of strategic agility was moderate, with a mean score of (3.596), and that the dimensions of vision clarity, core capabilities, and responsiveness were the most prominent, while strategic sensitivity and strategic goals were less activated. The findings also revealed that the level of organizational creativity was moderate, with a mean score of (3.082), with the innovation capabilities dimension ranking highest, while the supportive organizational environment dimension ranked lowest. Knowledge management also recorded a moderate level, with a mean score of (3.480). Furthermore, the results demonstrated a direct significant effect of strategic agility on organizational creativity, and a direct effect of strategic agility on knowledge management. The findings also showed that knowledge management directly affects organizational creativity and mediates the relationship between strategic agility and creativity, confirming the critical role of knowledge in enhancing the impact of agility on innovation within the organization. Based on these findings, the study recommends several practical measures, most notably: enhancing employee participation in the formulation of strategic goals to improve organizational alignment, developing mechanisms for monitoring and analyzing environmental changes to strengthen strategic sensitivity, creating an organizational environment that supports creativity by reviewing procedures and systems, providing incentives for innovative initiatives, and building an institutional culture based on knowledge sharing.
