Abstract: | This study aimed to explore the role of electronic management in enhancing institutional performance among employees of international organizations operating in the Gaza Strip. The researcher employed a descriptive analytical methodology, targeting a population of 14,759 employees across 53 international organizations. Findings revealed that these organizations apply electronic management extensively, indicating a strong reliance on digital systems to carry out tasks. Electronic management was found to significantly contribute to improving internal communication, enhancing functional efficiency, and supporting effective time management. The results confirmed that the combined dimensions of electronic management have a statistically significant impact on institutional performance—particularly through internal communication, efficiency, and time use. The study recommends strengthening the integration between electronic management and institutional performance by adopting flexible, adaptive digital systems suited to emergency contexts and upgrading technical infrastructure to ensure operational continuity in an unstable environment. It also highlights the importance of utilizing alternative energy sources, enhancing cybersecurity protocols, and transitioning to cloud computing to facilitate secure and efficient data access. Moreover, the study stresses the need to invest in continuous staff training on digital tools, while providing specialized technical support teams to boost functional performance. It also calls for improving internal communication through modern applications and using advanced task management systems to optimize time management, increase operational effectiveness, and foster a digital work environment capable of responding to challenges and achieving institutional goals with high efficiency. |
