Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the influence of the job enrichment in strengthening the administrative empowerment among workers who deal with the supervisory positions in private hospitals of the north and the central part of the West Bank. The study followed the following variables including: (the job title, the number of beds, the governorate and the type of job). The study depended on the descriptive approach. The target group formed 196 employees. The researcher distributed 196 questionnaires so that the questions were used as a study tool. The results had shown that both the degree of the job enrichment and the dimensions of the job enrichment (independence, feedback, diversity of skills, defining tasks) was high. The results also had shown that the administrative empowerment was high. Similarly, the dimensions of the administrative empowerment (training, delegation, incentives, communication, work teams). Speaking as a researcher, the researcher recommends to promote the culture of enhancing by providing the workers with more freedom and authority of making decisions, giving them more responsibilities to be achieved, encouraging the participation among the working team working collectively and showing interest via the administrative body in the field of independency and feedback to empower the work.
