dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the impact of administrative leadership styles in promoting organizational citizenship in the presence of organizational justice as a mediating variable in public sector institutions, and the researcher chose the Palestinian Ministry of Interior as a community to implement this study. The study used the descriptive analytical approach for the purpose of the study, where the questionnaire was relied on as a main tool in data collection, and it was distributed to the study sample, and the recovery rate was relatively high at (92.2%), with a rate of (355) individuals out of (385), and it used the packages program Statistical for the social sciences (SPSS) in analyzing the study data and the (SPSS AMOS) package was used to analyze the path of the mediating variable to determine the extent of its influence within the relationship between the variables. The study reached several results, the most important of which were : -􀀃 The level of availability of leadership styles in the Ministry of Interior was at a large percentage (78.92%), the availability of organizational justice was at a large percentage (69.27%), and the availability of enhancing organizational citizenship by a large percentage (81.42%). -􀀃 The study concluded that there is a relationship between the patterns of administrative leadership and the promotion of organizational citizenship, as well as the existence of a relationship between the patterns of administrative leadership and organizational justice, as well as the existence of a relationship 􀀃 􀀃􀏕 􀀃 between organizational justice and the promotion of organizational citizenship. -􀀃 The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of administrative leadership patterns on enhancing organizational citizenship, and on organizational justice, and a statistically significant effect of organizational justice on enhancing organizational citizenship. -􀀃 The study concluded that there is no mediating effect of organizational justice on the effect relationship between administrative leadership styles and organizational citizenship behaviors. The study made some recommendations, the most important of which were: involving workers in decision-making, strengthening the principle of teamwork, reconsidering the functional organizational structure and its development according to changes, and conducting training courses for strengthening organizational loyalty and its methods related to the national sense of building and development for the institution.en
