Abstract: The study aims to identify the relationship between psychological exhaustion and marital stability among married nurses in the Palestine Medical Complex in the time of the Corona pandemic, and to investigate the level and differences in the averages of each of these variables according to: (age group, educational qualification, years of service, number of daily shift hours). The correlative class method was used, and the study scales: the psychological exhaustion scale and the marital stability scale, were applied to a sample chosen by the accessible sampling method, which included 86 married nurses from Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate in the year 2020/2021. The results indicates the existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between psychological exhaustion and marital stability, and the existence of a statistically significant predictive ability of psychological exhaustion in predicting marital stability, meaning that an increase in the level of emotional exhaustion by one degree leads to a decrease in marital stability among married nurses in the Palestine complex. Medical care in the time of the Corona pandemic (38%).
