ملخص: The study aims to identify the body image and its relationship with shame and self-acceptance of women heading to the slimming centers in Hebron Governorate, in addition to identifying whether there are differences in body image, shyness and self-acceptance according to variables: age, marital status, work status, educational level, and the number of times visited And the duration of the subscription. The researcher use three scales for the study: the body image scale, the shyness scale, and the self-acceptance scale. They were distributed on a simple random sample of (170) joint, during the second half of the year 2020. The results of the study show that the level of body image was high, while there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of body image according to variables: age, marital status, work status, educational level, and duration of participation. The results indicate that there are differences according to the variable number of times the center visited. Also, the level of shyness was low, The results prove that there were statistically significant differences between the average shyness according to the variables: age, marital status, educational level, and the number of times visiting the center. The resuts indicate that, there were no differences according to the variables: work status and subscription period. The studys results suggest that the level of self-acceptance was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the average self-acceptance according to variables: age, marital status, work status, educational level, number of times visiting the center, and duration of participation The results also reveal that there is a statistically significant correlation between body image and shyness, and it resuts indicate that there is a statistically significant correlation relationship between body image and self-acceptance, They demonstrat that there is a statistically significant correlation relationship between shyness and self-acceptance. The results of the study also show that the predictive ability of body image at the level of self-acceptance was low, as well as the predictive ability of body image at the level of self-acceptance was very low and not significant, while the predictive ability of shyness at the level of self-acceptance was low.
