The study aimed to know the challenges facing the management of Palestinian border crossings and their impact on the quality of service provided to travelers. 800) male and female employees, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way to represent the study population and amounted to (260) respondents from the employees of the General Administration of Crossings, including civil and military employees and managers, and then the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program.One of the most important results of the study was the existence of an impact of the political challenges facing the General Administration of Border Crossings on the quality of services provided to travelers in terms of Israeli control over the crossings and the lack of Palestinian powers, as well as the existence of an impact on the administrative challenges facing the administration in terms of the multiplicity of departments operating under its hierarchy. Administrations are among the most prominent challenges affecting the quality of services provided to travelers, as well as the impact of the economic challenges facing the administration on the quality of services provided to travelers . Among the most important recommendations of the study were: Attracting multiple and new sources of funding, introducing modern and effective technological means and developing electronic systems that can regulate the flow of travelers to the crossing when used, improving the level and mechanisms of coordination between different departments, strengthening the crossing with new, qualified and trained elements, and introducing effective control foundations.
