The study aimed to identify the role of the dimensions of the learning organization (creating opportunities for continuous learning, encouraging inquiry and dialogue, encouraging cooperation and teamwork, creating systems for sharing knowledge and learning, enabling employees to have a common collective vision, linking the learning organization to the external environment, strategic leadership supporting learning) and outstanding job performance. In the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the study employed the descriptive analytical approach, where the study population consisted of workers at the headquarters of the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics in the city of Ramallah. The study used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the study sample, where the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample, which had a size of (148) employees, male and female, and (146) of them were retrieved, valid for study and analysis, with a recovery rate of (98.6%), and the structural modeling program Smart pls was used v3.3 To build the main model of the study and test its hypothesis, the study came out with several results, the most important of which are:
1. The results showed that the level of the learning organization in all its dimensions in the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics was high, with a percentage of.(77.0%)
2. The results showed that the overall degree of outstanding job performance at the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics was high, as the response rate around this degree was (83.4%), which reflects the agency's enjoyment of outstanding performance in its current state.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which were: Enhancing the levels and dimensions of the learning organization through the development of policies and the implementation of sustainable programs with the aim of promoting practices that encourage teamwork and ensure the involvement of the largest possible number of employees in various administrative practices such as planning, decision-making, etc., in addition to To design and approve the implementation of training programs to develop leadership capacities in institutions and prepare them to take their role.
