الخلاصة:
This study aimed to identify administrative democracy and its effect on job performance among governmental employees at Jericho Governorate. Also it aimed to identify study variables of gender, qualification, experience and job title. . For achieving the study purpose, descriptive analytical method was used, based on a 63- item questionnaire which was developed and administrated to sample of (354) governmental employees .The sample was randomly purposive , data has been collected, coded, entered the computer and statistically processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) after validity and reliability have been measured.
The results indicated that there is statistically significant effect at the significance level (.05) of administrative democracy and its effect on job performance among governmental employees at Jericho Governorate ,moderate level of administrative democracy, high level of job performance , moderate level of obstacles, positive relationship between domains of administrative democracy and job performance and positive relationship between executing domains of administrative democracy and obstacles of executing domains of administrative democracy.
In addition, there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α< 0.05) about administrative democracy and its effect on job performance among governmental employees at Jericho Governorate attributed to the variables of gender, qualification and experience . On the other hand, statistically significant differences were found attributed to the variables of job title in favor of manager. In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested several recommendations, the most important are reinforcing executing domains of administrative democracy , decreasing obstacles in addition to conducting more studies on this subject.
