The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on organizational excellence at the General Personnel Council in Palestine.
The researcherused the descriptive analytical method, the study population was all employees at General Personnel Council in Palestine and their number was 155.
The sample size of the study was (113) including (72.9%) of the study population, and the questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection.
The study results:
- The reality of knowledge management in the General Personnel Council in Palestine was at a relative weight of (81,896), which has (high) degree of approval.
- The level of organizational excellence at General Personnel Council in Palestine came with a relative weight of (83.373), which has a (high) degree of approval.
- There is a direct statistically significant relationship at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between knowledge management and organizational excellence at the General Personnel Office in Palestine.
- There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for knowledge management in achieving institutional excellence at the General Personnel Office in Palestine.
- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the average estimates about the reality of knowledge management in the General Personnel Council in Palestine due to the variables: (gender, age, marital status, educational qualification, number of years of service, job location.)
- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the average estimates about the reality of institutional excellence at the General Personnel Council in Palestine due to the variables: (gender, age, marital status, educational qualification, number of years of service, job location).
The study recommendations:
- The council has toidentify the strengths and weaknesses points in the areas of knowledge management, to enhance strengths points and strengthen weakness.
- Benefiting from people who have the experience and competence in the field of knowledge management at the General Personnel Council.
- Paying attention to the media aspect in promoting the services of the General Personnel Bureau, introducing the nature of its work, and the wayof providing its service. |
