الخلاصة:
The study aimed to identify the predictive ability of professional and personal self efficiacy of emotional exhaustion among primary teachers in Jerusalem governorate. To achieve the goals of the the study, the researcher used the descrptive, relational approach by adopting three measures. The first one is the measure of the professional self- efficiacy of emotional exhaustion scale which was developed by the reasearcher ( 2021).The second measure is the self efficiacy of emotional exhaustion scale( Chanen Moran and Wolfolk Howe,2001). The third measure is Maslach Burnout Inventory ( Maslach, 1998). The study was conducted on a sample of 270 primary teachers( males and females).
The results of the study revealed the followings: The level of the professional self- efficiacy of emotional exhaustion among teachers was high with a total arithmetic average of ( 4.05), the level of the personal self efficiacy of emotional exhaustion was also high with a total arithmetic average of (4.26) and the level of the emotional exhaustion was medium with a total average of ( 3.14). There is no statistically significant differences between professional self -efficiacy of emotional exhaustion and emotional exhaustion or personal self - efficiacy of emotional exhaustion and emotional exhaustion and the general domain of the study helped to predict the emotional exhaustion. The variables of the study together demonestrated that there were differences in the emotional exhaustion with approximately 70% and the most differences with about 32% were in the personal self - efficacy which was explained by psychological pressure and personal achievement.
