The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program based on Skill Development Model in Improving Online Counseling Skills Among Educational Counselors in northern governorates During Corona Pandemic, using the quasi-experimental approach, through a sample that includes 20 Counselors, which were divided equally between two groups experimental and control. The program has been applied to the experimental group, in 12 sessions, two sessions a week, 90 minutes each.
The results of the study shows that there are statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement on the Online Counseling Skills scale in favor of the experimental group, and the differences are also significant between the pre and post measurements on the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement, The impact of program was measured on the post-measurement, and its percentage was high, it reached (80%). The results also shows that there are no statistically significant differences between the post and the follow-up measures on the experimental group, which indicates the effectiveness of the Online Supervision Program in in Improving Online Counseling Skills Among Educational Counselors during the Corona pandemic, and its continuity after a six weeks follow-up period. Based on the results, the study recommends the application of the Online Supervision Program to all educational counselors in the governorates of the Palestinian and Arab Ministry of Education.
