This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of regulatory genes on organizational creativity in pharmaceutical companies in Palestine with the presence of strategic agility as a mediating variable, by identifying the levels of application of the dimensions of organizational genes represented (decision-making rights, stimuli, information quality, organizational structure) and the extent of the presence of creativity dimensions Organizational (fluency, originality, ability to analyze, accept risk, mental flexibility, sensitivity to problems). As well as the level of strategic agility with its dimensions (collective commitment, resource liquidity, strategic sensitivity), in the companies under study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used for its suitability to the nature of this study, where the questionnaire was used as a main tool for this study. (268) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample in a random manner to employees of pharmaceutical companies in the West Bank, and the Jerusalem Pharmaceutical Company was excluded because it did not agree to receive The questionnaire has, for unknown reasons, belongs to it, and has been recovered (268), all of which are valid for analysis. In order to answer the study questions and test its hypotheses, the researcher used statistical methods in a path analysis method, and the (SmartPLS) program supported by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant effect of organizational genes on strategic agility, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic agility on organizational creativity, which indicated that the variable (strategic agility) constitutes a mediator between organizational genes and organizational creativity in pharmaceutical companies in Palestine. (West Bank), but the effect is not total, but rather a partial effect, due to the presence of a statistically significant effect of organizational genes on organizational creativity in the pharmaceutical companies under study.
