Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between strategic intelligence and competitive advantage in Palestinian cellular telecommunications companies in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The study was based on the premise that strategic intelligence, encompassing its dimensions of foresight, future vision, systematic thinking, partnership, and motivation, constitutes a modern management approach that contributes to enhancing companies' ability to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic and unstable environment. The researcher employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from all employees of Jawwal and Ooredoo. The study sample consisted of 201 individuals, and a comprehensive survey method was used. Statistical validity was analyzed using appropriate statistical models. The results showed that the predictive model for competitive advantage was robust, with an R² value of 0.817. This indicates that the independent variables (foresight, future vision, systematic thinking, partnership, and motivation) explain approximately 82% of the variance in competitive advantage, while the remaining 18% remains unexplained by other factors. Regarding the impact of independent variables, partnership and foresight proved to be the most influential in enhancing competitive advantage, while other variables had a lesser impact. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening training and innovation, improving customer experience, expanding operations, and monitoring legal and political developments to ensure the enhancement of competitive advantage.
