Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of antisocial behavior disorder, psychological safety, and social concern among juvenile offenders from the perspective of counselors working in the Ministry of Social Development. To identify the statistically significant differences according to each of (gender, educational qualification, years of service), and to reveal the nature of the relationship between the previous variables, the study adopted the descriptive correlational approach, and the study sample consisted of a group of guides working with juveniles in the Ministry of Social Development, numbering (90) male and female guides. Results show that the level, areas, level of psychosocial security as a whole, and level of social interest were all moderate. It shows statistically significant differences on the scale of anti-social behavior disorder and the area of (Criminal or criminal behaviors) of sample members depending on the sex variable, the differences came in favor of females, and in the disorder of anti-social behavior and its areas (criminal or criminal behaviors, behaviors contrary to societal or moral laws) in sample individuals depending on the scientific qualification variable in favor of (Diploma), while differences were not statistically relevant depending on the variable years of service. The existence of statistically significant differences on the scale of psychological security and the area of (trust in relationships) of sample members depending on the sex variable for the benefit of males, and statistically significant differences in psychological security and its areas (trust in relationships, self-confidence) of sample members according to the scientific qualification variable for bachelor's benefit. Differences were not statistically significant depending on the variable years of service. The Results also show existence of statistically significant differences on the social interest scale of sample members depending on the sex variable in favor of males, and according to the scientific qualification variable in favors of Bachelor's, whereas the differences were not statistically relevant depending on the years of service. A statistically significant adverse correlation between antisocial behavior disorder and psychosocial security in members of the sample was valued at -0.251. A statistically significant adverse correlation between antisocial behavior disorder and the social interest of the sample's members was valued at -0.317. Having a statistically significant ejection relationship The existence of a statistically significant expulsive correlation between psychosocial security and social interest in members of the sample valued at 0.723, the results showed a statistically D effect of anti-social behavior disorder in predicting psychosocial security and predicting social interest in members of the sample.
