Abstract: The most important result of the study This study aimed to know the civil services law and its relationship in confronting the organizational conflicts in Palestinian governmental institutions and the Ministry of social development as a model based on a descriptive-analytical approach, so far the researcher used a random sample method to collect the data from the employees of the ministry of social development affairs in the west bank and their number was 530, and the sample of the study distributed (220) employees, %70.9 of them were worked more than 10 years in the ministry, and %69 percent of them had worked on supervision position which means their evaluation is more reliable, moreover, to achieve the objective of the study we designed a questionnaire, and the researcher resorted to using the SPSS program to enter the data and to process it and to test the hypothesis as well. - There is a positive relation between the role of civil service law in confronting the organizational conflict - The degree of civil service law in the Palestinian public sector was medium in terms of percentage (58,4) and with arithmetic average access to (5,84) - the levels of the organizational conflict in the Palestinian public sector were moderated degree in terms of percentage (%53.2) and with arithmetic average access to (5.6). The study recommended working on activating the role of civil services law by developing tools to evaluate the performance and train the promotion and penalties committees and increasing the supervision on them, especially the promotion committee because the law is working to contribute to managing organizational conflicts by all dimensions through individual and between individuals and groups as well.
