Abstract

The study came to address the short story in the literature of the detainees in Palestine, which contained an introduction, preface, two chapters and a conclusion, and addressed in the preface to the literature of the detainees in Palestine in terms of genesis and development, which touched on the sections of the literature of the detainees (poetry, novel, story, Letter and prose), while the chapter First, she addressed the short story in literary productions in terms of concept, Genesis and evolution, and then presented for the purposes and themes that clearly emerged in the stories of the detainees, as well as the motives of writing the story psychologically, socially and politically.
