dc.description.abstract	قدَّمت الدراسة نموذجاً مُقترحاً لقياس الأداء الاستراتيجي وتقويمه في الجمعيات الخيرية لرعاية الأيتام بالمملكة العربيَّة السعوديَّة باستخدام بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة، مُكوناً من ستة أبعاد رئيسة هي: الأبعاد الأربعة الأساس في بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة ( البعد المالي، وبعد رضا اليتيم، وبعد العمليات الداخلية وبعد التعليم والنمو) ، وقد أُضيف بعدان آخران هما: البعد الاجتماعي والبعد الأخلاقي، وذلك بهدف جعل بطاقة العلامات المتوازنة تتناسب مع الطبيعة الخاصة لجمعيات رعاية الأيتام في المملكة.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: مُساهمة الأنموذج المقترح في تعزيز الأداء المالي للجمعيات السعودية لرعاية الأيتام وتطوير جودة خدماتها، كما يُسهم النموذج في تأهيلها للحصول على جوائز التميز المؤسسي للعمل الخيري مثل: جائزة الملك عبد العزيز للعمل الخيري وجائزة السبيعي الخيريَّة ، كما يُؤهلها في الحصول على شهادة الإيزو 9001-2008 العالميَّة.
