The objective of the researcher in this study is to identify the impact of the practice of internal control policies in government units from the point of view of the staff of the Office of Financial and Administrative Oversight. The study community, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire using previous studies in its preparation and development that dealt with seven axes related to the variables of the study, and the total of its vocabulary reached (45) to be distributed to the study population of (101), which are all the vocabulary of the study community, and the study concluded to a group Among the conclusions and recommendations , and one of the most important conclusions he reached is that the impact of the practice of internal control policies in government units on institutional performance came to medium degrees in the sub-domains and the scale as a whole, where the arithmetic average of the scale as a whole came (3.16) with a relative weight (63.2%) and a medium degree. And one of the most prominent recommendations reached is to update the legal framework of the control units in ministries and government institutions and to link them technically with the Administrative and Financial Oversight Bureau due to the It leads to benefit and public interest by unifying the work methodology in accordance with professional principles and international control standards.

This study aimed to realize the reality of information technology and its relationship to good governance in the units of local government (a case study of the municipalities of South Hebron). This study was applied on the833 employees in the municipalities in south hebron. The study sample was 255 make and female employees &#13;

The study concluded that the total degree of the study sample’s estimates of the axes of the reality of information technology in the municipalities of southern Hebron came to a large degree, moreover,  the axes of good governance came to a large degree, &#13;
there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (a &gt; 0.05) for the axes of information technology (physical devices, Communication network, software, databases, human resources) on good governance&#13;
There are no significant differences at the significance level (a 0.05) for the reality of information technology in the municipalities of South Hebron according to the variable gender, educational qualification, job title, age. On the other hand,there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for the reality of information technology in Municipalities of South Hebron according to the variable years of experience, and in favor of years of experience (10) years or more.&#13;
Also, there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) for the reality of good governance in the municipalities of South Hebron according to the variable gender, job title, age.&#13;
there are significant differences Statistical at the significance level (a 0.05) for the reality of good governance in the municipalities of south Hebron according to the educational qualification variable, in favor of the educational qualification, diploma or less, years of experience, and in favor of years of experience less than (5) years, and there is a positive correlation  between the reality of information technology on one hand,  and the reality of Good governance in the municipalities of southern Hebron on the other hand.’&#13;
According to the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following:&#13;
the necessity to strengthen standards for the application of information technology, and work to disseminate them within the municipalities and the ministry in an extensive manner.&#13;
Also, the need for the senior management in the Ministry of Local Government to strengthen the standards of good governance, and work to spread the culture of their application within the ministry through educational programs.

The study aimed to know the challenges facing the management of Palestinian border crossings and their impact on the quality of service provided to travelers. 800) male and female employees, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way to represent the study population and amounted to (260) respondents from the employees of the General Administration of Crossings, including civil and military employees and managers, and then the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program.One of the most important results of the study was the existence of an impact of the political challenges facing the General Administration of Border Crossings on the quality of services provided to travelers in terms of Israeli control over the crossings and the lack of Palestinian powers, as well as the existence of an impact on the administrative challenges facing the administration in terms of the multiplicity of departments operating under its hierarchy. Administrations are among the most prominent challenges affecting the quality of services provided to travelers, as well as the impact of the economic challenges facing the administration on the quality of services provided to travelers . Among the most important recommendations of the study were: Attracting multiple and new sources of funding, introducing modern and effective technological means and developing electronic systems that can regulate the flow of travelers to the crossing when used, improving the level and mechanisms of coordination between different departments, strengthening the crossing with new, qualified and trained elements, and introducing effective control foundations.

The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational conflict management strategies on achieving quality of work life in the Ministry of Education.The researcher employs the descriptive method to assess the study population that comprises all administrative officials in the Palestinian Ministry of Education in the West Bank; i.e., (556) male and female staff members from the different rankings in the head office (Headquarters) of the Ministry in Ramallah. Through simple random sampling, (227) questionnaires were distributed to the Ministry's employees. (220) responses were collected with a response rate of (96.9%). Finding of the study showed: the average availability of the dimensions of organizational conflict management strategies was (3.27), and the relative weight of the dimensions in entirety was (65.33%). While the average availability of the dimensions of the quality of working life was (3.19), with the relative weight of the dimensions in entirety was (63.75%). &#13;
The results also indicated a statistically significant correlation at the (0.05≥α) level between the strategies of organizational conflict management and the achievement of  quality working life in the Palestinian Ministry of Education, with a (0.655) correlation coefficient. The study also indicated a statistically significant effect at the (0.05≥α) level for the dimensions of the strategies of organizational conflict management (collaboration, compromise, concession) on the quality of working life in the Ministry, with a (0.509) coefficient of determination, The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the (α≤.05) level between the respondents response averages on the dimensions of the management strategies of organizational conflict among the Ministries management strategies among the staff of the Ministry based on demographic variables: (sex, position, academic qualification), except for the variable related to the number of service years, that was in favor of Less than 5 years. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences at the (α≤.05) level between the respondents’ response averages on the dimensions of the quality of working life among the Ministry’s staff based on the demographic variables: (sex, position, academic qualification, number of service years), except for the variable of service years in favor of less than 5 years
