Title: The Prophetic Da'wah Method in Addressing Youth and Their Family Concerns – The Case of Marriage Abstract: This study examines the Prophetic methodological approach in addressing Muslim youth and their familial issues, with a specific focus on the topic of marriage. Marriage represents a vital concern in the lives of individuals and societies, and it plays a fundamental role in the formation and stability of the Muslim family. The family, as the foundational unit of society, serves as the first environment in which individuals are raised and where they learn religion, values, ethics, love, cooperation, and respect. Therefore, the strength and stability of the family directly reflect the strength and stability of the society and the Ummah as a whole. The study aims to highlight the principles and methods employed by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in guiding and addressing the youth on such a sensitive issue. The research consists of an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion, followed by references. The first chapter presents the Prophetic approach in dealing with youth; the second focuses on marriage; the third discusses celibacy and the encouragement to marry; the fourth addresses the concept of the family in Islam; and the fifth examines the challenges and obstacles to marriage. The study concluded that the Prophetic methodology is characterized by justice, mercy, wisdom, fairness, and balance, and that it plays a crucial role in developing a mature and responsible perspective on marriage among youth. The study recommends the implementation of the Prophetic approach in contemporary Islamic discourse, especially on family-related issues, and calls for the development of educational and dawah programs based on the Prophetic model.

Title: Leadership behaviour and its impact on motivation towards work among employies in Palestinian Public Universities Authors: Kabaha, Ahmad Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the leadership behavior and its on work motivation among employees of Palestinian government universities from their perspectives. The study included Khadoori University with a total of 414 male and female employees, and Istiklal University with a total of 592 male and female employees. Therefore, the total study population consisted of 1006 male and female employees, and the stratified sampling method was adopted. The sample size was 240 individuals. To achieve the study objectives, a case study approach was followed using the descriptive-analytical method. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The reliability of the questionnaire was verified by conducting the Cronbach Alpha test to find the questionnaire stability coefficient. The overall reliability coefficient for all questionnaire items was high, with values of .853 and .919 for the study variables of leadership behavior and work motivation, respectively, indicating the tool's suitability for use. One of the main findings of the study is that there was no significant impact of leadership behavior on work motivation among employees in Palestinian government universities in both dimensions (autocratic style, free style). However, the democratic style dimension showed a significant impact on work motivation among employees in Palestinian government universities. One of the most important recommendations of the study is that the university policy should allow its employees to pursue self-development and career advancement by enabling those who wish to do so to pursue further education to obtain higher academic qualifications. The university should also encourage them by providing more flexibility in terms of time or leave, or by providing financial assistance, even though offering them good loans that they can repay in easy installments. One of the future studies suggested by the research is to re-test the hypotheses of this study in other institutions such as private universities, ministries, etc.

Title: The Impact of Applying Total Quality Management on Achieving Sustainable Development in Companies Listed on the Palestine Exchange from the Point of View of Their employees Authors: Hasan, Ahmad Abstract: The significance of this study is derived from its aim, that the researcher has set and sought to achieve, which is represented in investigating the impact of applying Total Quality Management (TQM) on achieving sustainable development for companies listed on the Palestine Exchange, from the point of view of its employees. For this purpose, the descriptive analytical approach is used, based on preliminary data that are collected through a questionnaire, designed and reviewed by professionals in this field; the questionnaire was made into two sections each section is divided into a set of paragraphs, and is distributed to (350) employee working at companies of industrial activities, of which (290) valid questionnaire were recovered. For the secondary data, the researcher reviewed the literatures of relevance and the reports issued by various institutions and ministries. The key results show a weak negative relationship between quality management application and achieving sustainable development; as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between respondents’ answers, which might be ascribed to gender variable, in favor of males. Results also show diversity of commitment among companies with regard to quality management principles, with very high concentration on customers; while the highest commitment of sustainable development dimensions was for the economic dimension. The researcher provides a set of recommendations, most importantly to enhance TQM and sustainable development related laws and regulations; and the necessity to conducting further studies that aim at assessing –severally- the performance of companies listed on Palestine exchange; particularly with regard to quality management and sustainable development, for the purpose of circulating the experience of companies with highest commitment at all companies and at various sectors.

Title: The Role of Microfinance Institutions and its impact in empowering Small and Medium Enterprises in the West Bank in Light of COVID-19 Pandemic: Ramallah and Brieh as a Model Authors: Eid, Ahmad Abstract: Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are considered one of the most important firms that support the national economy, either by providing jobs for thousands of citizens, and its ability to limit poverty and unemployment levels, or by producing products and buying the industrial companies and agencies’ products and goods, but Corona pandemic had stormed the stability of these enterprises, which considered the need to provide finance and support from Microeconomic establishments. Accordingly, the study aimed at identifying the role of Microfinance Institutions (MFI) abd their impact in enabling small and medium firms in Ramallah and Berieh governorate in light of Coroma pandemic, to achieve these objectives, descriptive and analytical methodology were applied by designing two questionnaires, where the first one was distributed among all employee who work in MFIs that consisted of (113) male and female employees who work at various administrative levels in MFI head office and banches, while the second questionnaire was distributed among SME located in Ramallah and Berieh governorate that had benefited of microfinance programs due to Corona pandemic, which consisted of (322) firms, the study tool had been tested for its reliability and consistency. The findings showed that there is a high degree of needs among SMEs in Ramallah and Berieh governorate from working employees at MFIs with (74.8%), where the highest ones related to the financial needs, while the lowest one was the managerial development. On the other hand, the findings showed that there is a high degree of needs from SME views with (75.0%), where the highest one was the financial needs, while the lowest one was the efficacy of empowerment methods and procedures, the study revealed that there was a high degree of problems and obstacle the SMEs face due to the spread of Corona virus with (74.8%) from employees in MFI views, where the highest one was interrupt the supply of products, while the lowest one was the difficulties of marketing products, it also showed that there was a high degree of the efficacy of MFI programs with (71.6%), where the highest one was (sustainability program) while lowest one was (displacement program), the findings showed that MFI programs have a high degree of the ability to help SME and empower them from MFI employees’ view with (71.4%), and a high degree from small and medium firms with (74.6%). The study revealed that there is positive and statistical significant role of MFI programs to (fill SME needs, solve the problems and obstacles that SMEs face, and to empower these firms) from MFI employees’ views in Ramallah and Berieh governorate due to the spreed of Coronavirus pandemic, where if the implementation of MFI programs increased by one degree, the ability to (fill SME need, solve the problems and onstacles that SMEs face, and to empoiwer these firms) by (0.641, 0.672, 0.852) degrees in sequences, it also found that there is a statistical differences between MFI employees’ answers toward the ability of microfinance programs to help small and medium firms in Ramallah and Berieh governorate to empowering them with the spread of Corona pandemic according to the institute name variable, in favor of (Faten, Asalah, Ebdaa’) institutes, and there was no statistical differences due to (institute capital, the highest level of financing small and medium firms, institute’s programs), it also found that there was no statistical differences between SME answers toward the ability of microfinance programs to help these firms in Ramallah and Berieh governorate to empowering them due to the spread of Corona pandemic according to their personal variables (gender, project field, the amount of finance, period of finance). The study recommended SMEs to benefit from MFIs financing programs in Ramallah and Berih governorate, it also recommended MFIs to develop their programs, methods and procedures to assess sustainable development and to ensure stability and continuity of SMEs.
